Ice Climbing in the Canadian Rockies
About the Climbing
Ice climbing in the Canadian Rockies offers unparalleled access to some of the best routes in North America. Elevated Guiding is proud to offer ice climbing trips in Banff, Kootenay and Yoho National Parks as well as Alberta’s Kananaskis Provinvial Park. While the Canadian Rockies are known for long, steep ice climbs right off the road, there are just as many excellent places for beginner climbers as well. While each trip is uniquely designed to fit the skills and desires of the individual two things unite them all: easy access and sticky ice.
